The MLE skin barrier formula aids in creating a protective layer on the surface of the skin. It also controls the amount of moisture in the skin leaving it looking dewy and healthy.
Can be used in the morning and in the evening. After cleansing, pat face dry. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and press gently on the skin until the toner has been absorbed. Follow with a favorite moisturizer for daytime or a night cream before bedtime.
